How to report

Email abuse@looponyx.com. Include the order reference if you have it, the hostname, the time, and what you saw.

We aim to reply within two working days.

What we act on

We act on credible reports of attacks, spam, scanning of networks you do not own, malware, and illegal content. Sexual images of children are reported to the relevant authority and the server is taken offline.

A copyright notice should identify the work, the location, and the person making the claim. We will review it and may suspend the server while we ask the customer.

What we may do

We may stop, suspend, or rebuild a server that breaks these rules. We may keep the invoice record. We do not publish the address of the machine.
