Who we are
LoopOnyx is the web infrastructure wing of Ultreme Limited, on looponyx.com and looponyx.ch. Ultreme Limited is the controller for an Onyx Node order and the invoice. Company number 16215181. The registered office is on the terms page. For a copy of your order record, write to ops@looponyx.com.
You are the controller of the data you put on a virtual server. Ultreme Limited is the processor for that data. We provide the machine. We do not use the contents of the machine for our own purposes.
What the order stores
An order stores a reference, the plan, the city, the image, the hostname, the amount, the currency, the status, the renewal date, your billing name, and the receipt email. The panel token is stored only as a SHA-256 hash. The raw token stays in this browser tab.
The order row does not store a card number, a password, a webhook body, or an IP address.
Who else sees a connection
The edge network and the operating system of a machine can still see a connection, including an address, a browser, and a time. That is how the internet works. We do not copy that into the order database, and we do not publish a list of host addresses.
Stripe processes the card payment. We send Stripe the amount, the receipt email, and the order reference so the payment can be matched. Card details stay on Stripe.
How long we keep it
We keep the invoice record for the UK tax period, which can be up to seven years. We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
You can ask for a copy of the order record, a correction, or deletion where the law allows it. Tax records may have to stay. Write to ops@looponyx.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
